TORONTO – Motorists can expect highway rush hour delays of up to 20 minutes on average during the Pan Am Games unless organizers can orchestrate a 20% reduction in traffic volume, the Ontario government says.

A network of high-occupancy-vehicle (HOV) lanes will be set up on all major highways — from June 29 to Aug. 18 — so athletes, officials and media can move quickly through the region when the games are taking place. Read More.
